  有人說,00后個(gè)性鮮明,特立獨(dú)行,希望有更多的關(guān)注,但因此也比較盲目,不知道自己真正想要什么;也有人說,00后的孩子更具有創(chuàng)新精神和開放的思想,更加注重德智體美全面發(fā)展。天行一中的老師大都是80、90后,學(xué)會(huì)與00后溝通,該如何去教育這群孩子是每個(gè)老師值得深刻思考的問題。因此,10月10日下午,天行一中組織全體職工集體觀影大型兒童成長記錄片《零零后》,希望老師們能夠通過這部影片走進(jìn)00后的內(nèi)心,與他們成為真正的朋友。

Most of the teachers in Teensen international School are post-80s and post-90s. They learn to communicate with post-00s. How to educate these children is a question worthy of deep consideration by every teacher. Therefore, on the afternoon of October 10, Teensen No. 1 internatuonal School organized all staff to watch a children's growth documentary film "Post- Zero", hoping that teachers can understand "post- 00" through this film and become true friends with them.

  《零零后》呈現(xiàn)了零零后主人公池亦洋和王思柔的成長故事,刻畫出不同時(shí)間和不同的教育方式如何給兩個(gè)孩子從身體到內(nèi)心帶來的成長與蛻變。誠如“并沒有一種放之四海而皆準(zhǔn)的方法,沒有一把鑰匙可以打開所有的孩子”,因材施教才是最理想最佳的教育手段。而這也正是天行一中始終堅(jiān)持的教育理念,天行致力于讓每個(gè)學(xué)生找到自己喜歡并且適合的方向,發(fā)揮學(xué)生最大的潛力。

  "Post Zero" presents the growth stories of Chi Yiyang and Rose,depicting how different times and different ways of education bring about the growth and transformation of the two children from outside to inside. And this is the educational concept in Teensen. Teensen is committed to let every student find the direction that they like and suit, and give full play to their greatest potential.

  孩子都是獨(dú)立的個(gè)體,他們有自己的思想和行為,每一個(gè)孩子都如此的不同,沒有一種成長可以復(fù)制。觀影過后,天行的老師們對(duì)學(xué)生的教育方式有所思考。

  在教育資源愈來愈趨于階級(jí)化的今天,透過這個(gè)表象都會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),所有的成長都大同小異,埋藏在成長路途中的荊棘都似曾相識(shí):在學(xué)校受排擠,成績下滑,老師及父母的不理解,早戀等等。不論是電影中追逐美式橄欖球夢的池亦洋以及在異國求學(xué)不斷被寄宿家庭“掃地出門”的柔柔,其實(shí)所有的成長都是內(nèi)心與世界的拉扯,被老師批評(píng)到流淚,被寄宿家庭不理解,痛苦與眼淚伴隨著逐漸蘇醒的自我認(rèn)知更加堅(jiān)定了夢想的方向?!读懔愫蟆吠高^池亦洋和柔柔的12年間的成長故事似乎在告訴大家,每個(gè)孩子都是單獨(dú)的個(gè)體,在尊重個(gè)性的基礎(chǔ)上,只有不適合與更適合。至于電影中孩子,家長及老師的角色,不管你現(xiàn)在從事何種職業(yè)及年齡,電影中的他們是你的影子亦是你將來的鏡子。
